About

Elyse is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), certified breathwork facilitator, and certified PEERS® facilitator with additional coursework in neuroscience, the nervous system, and trauma-informed care. Growing up in a neurodivergent family herself, she brings both lived and professional experience to her work supporting neurodivergent individuals and the people who care for them.

Her approach honors the reality that every person’s inner world shapes how they move through their outer world. With curiosity and compassion at the center, she helps clients understand their nervous systems, access what supports them, and create environments that nurture connection, regulation, and self-trust.

Let's connect & find your flow together.

Elyse’s path began in 2013, guided by a deep belief that neurodivergent folks deserve to feel seen, respected, and supported. As she walked alongside her clients, she sensed something essential was being overlooked. True transformation emerges when the nervous system feels safe enough to soften and be known.

Flow Found Within grew from that realization. It is a space where breath and behavior meet, where strengths are celebrated, and where judgment gives way to curiosity. Through embodied awareness and evidence-based support, Elyse empowers neurodivergent individuals to deepen connection, expand capacity, and trust the natural rhythm of their own flow.

We value…

Curiosity

Elyse invites clients to approach behaviors and challenges with curiosity rather than judgment. She models this by asking reflective questions, listening deeply, and exploring patterns with compassion and openness.

Empowerment

Sessions are designed to support clients in reconnecting with their strengths. Whether processing emotions, identifying needs, or navigating challenges, empowerment comes from feeling seen, supported, and capable of creating meaningful change.

Authenticity

Flow Found Within is rooted in self-acceptance. Elyse’s goal is not to change who you are, but to help you reconnect to your authentic self—honoring your neurotype, your pace, and your way of being in the world.

Feeling aligned? Let's connect!

Her mission is to cultivate a world where neurodivergent people feel empowered to show up authentically, thrive within their environments, and experience connection that feels safe, supportive, and true to who they are.

Elyse believes that neurodivergent people deserve support that honors their full humanity, not only their behaviors. The nervous system influences how we connect, communicate, and make sense of the world. When it is supported, sustainable growth and deeper self-understanding can take root.

Her work acknowledges the deep interplay between the inner world (our body, emotions, and regulation) and the outer world (our environments, relationships, and routines). When both are aligned, people are better able to access safety, authenticity, and empowerment within their bodies and their everyday lives. Through compassionate curiosity, evidence-based strategies, and embodied tools, Elyse supports clients in discovering their own flow and living in ways that feel nourishing and true.

Commitment to Ethical Practice

At Flow Found Within, we are committed to practicing with integrity, reciprocity, and inclusivity. Our process is ongoing, rooted in reflection, accountability, and action toward collective care.

We acknowledge the Tongva people, the traditional stewards of the land on which this practice operates, and express gratitude for their enduring relationship with this land. We also honor the Indigenous teachers, wisdom keepers, ancestors, and Elyse’s breathwork mentors who have preserved these healing practices across generations.

Sliding Scale Options

We believe nervous system support and healing should be accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstance. Most services are offered on a sliding scale to ensure accessibility for all who seek support.
